This fantastic new home was handed over to the owners from the builder, who was unaware the gutter located on the parapet wall was blocked and contained a concealed downpipe through the double brick wall.

The blockage caused the gutter to overflow allowing water to run down the inside of the garage, damaging the clients new cabinet work fixed to the wall........

 

MMM inspected the roof sheets and associated gutter components and located a gutter full of building debris.......

 

We removed render from the end of the gutter to reveal more construction debris.........
