Pressure Cleaning Service Perth

What is Pressure Cleaning?

Also referred to as pressure washing, jet washing or water blasting, high pressure cleaning is the use of high pressure water to physically remove contaminants from surfaces. Maverick Maintenance & Makeovers (MMM) has the experience to apply the right combination of equipment and chemicals to achieve the best end result. Our pressure cleaning units deliver the correct flow rates, temperatures and pressures required to deliver the best possible cleaning outcomes. We also have a range of pressure cleaning accessories to allow fast, efficient and uniform cleaning of surfaces whether big or small. In many instances the mechanical action of the pressurized water by itself is not an effective means of removing all contaminants, particularly when the surface itself is highly susceptible to damage. In such instances the use of specific cleaning agents is required to achieve the desired results. Some of the cleaning agents we may use from time to time include:

  • Acid based cleaners for removal of mineral salts, cement and scale
  • Degreasers for treatment of oil and grease stains
  • Disinfectants and surfactants for mould, mildew and algae removal
  • Detergents for general cleaning and to enhance other treatments

Residential Pressure Cleaning:

MMM specialises in pressure cleaning residential properties.  We understand you don't want your garden ruined or a mess left after your pavement has been cleaned and so we ensure all jobs are carried out with the utmost care and attention.  We will remove any excess water that doesn't drain away and will wash down surrounding areas that may have become dirty as a result of our pressure cleaning.

MMM can:

  • Remove dirt, grit and mould from pavement, walls and garden paths
  • Wash down houses and sheds
  • Remove dirt and treat stains on brick or limestone pavers

Office Defit and Strip Out at Perth Clinic Hospital

Maverick Maintenance & Makeovers has completed another successful office de-fit and back to base build strip out. The team did an amazing job at Perth Clinic Hospital, this project required all debris and rubble to be carried out by hand in wheelie bins and down stairs as no elevator was available. After much sweat (And no tears) we completed on budget and on time - and best of all! Safely with no injuries....

Part of our brief for this project was to recover and recycle as much as possible - in achieving this we separated steel, electrical cabling for copper, glass, HVAC ducting and where possible repurposed various items including doors, built-in furniture and Cat 5 & Cat 6 data cabling.

If you need an office or shop strip out or end of lease back to base build, call the MMM team on 6118 2744 or email us for a no obligation discussion to identify your individual requirements.

Office De-fit and Strip Outs

Maverick Maintenance & Makeovers is an experienced office strip out, de-fit & lighting removal company. We have an excellent understanding of what is required to complete your project in a safe and professional manner. Business owners and management often overlook their obligations to make good (Strip out or de-fit) their office at the end of their lease term. It’s an important requirement and part of the leasing contract, which could mean loss of any holding deposit, bond or unnecessary charges if not undertaken correctly.

An office de-fit scope of works usually incorporates:

  • Removal of fittings and fixtures
  • Strip out of floor and wall finishes including studs and frame work
  • Isolation and tag out of electrical circuits – power and lighting
  • Removal of light fittings and cabling
  • Removal of data and phone cabling and equipment
  • Isolation and reinstatement of fire sprinkler systems and associated alarm panels
  • Removal of ceiling fabric and associated frame work, lighting and features
  • Reconfigure all services back to base building
  • Removal of floor coverings back to slab as required
  • Conduct a final clean and waste removal from site

Maverick Maintenance & Makeovers understand the management pressures on business at the termination of the lease and offer free no obligation quotes and can meet onsite to discuss your requirements – Phone 6118 2744

Winter Sprinkler Ban Reminder

Just a friendly reminder the permanent winter sprinkler ban has now kicked in and applies to all scheme and bore water users in Perth, Mandurah and some parts of the South West, from 1 June to 31 August each year.

Hand held watering and maintenance testing of bores is still permitted, but anyone using their sprinklers between June and August risks a $100 fine.
